If your trip is to or from the United States and you have powdered substances in your hand luggage, such as talcum powder, makeup, proteins, among others; Except for prescription substances and baby formulas, their packaging cannot exceed 350 ml (12 oz). Otherwise your luggage is subject to additional inspection in the security filters. if these items exceed the allowed quantities you must transport these substances in your checked luggage
