Buy you tickets is sooo easy! Follow these steps and in less than 5 minutes you'll have your trip ready:
1. Go to www.vivaair.com
2. Select the city of origin and destination.
3. If you are traveling with a child under the age of 12 years you must select this check box.
4. Tip: if you want to find the cheapest rate, select the option "Month fares".
5. When you click to find your flight, you’ll see the prices we have for your selected date.
6. Choose the itinerary that work for you.
7. Read our terms and conditions for accept without doubt!
8. Once you select the flights, enter the information of the travelers: first name, last name, gender, ID number, whether or not you will need special assistance and your contact details.
9. Continue with the most fun, customize your trip! Select the additional services you need.
10. Remember that the baggage allowance without cost is a personal item of 10 kg and 40x35x25 cm. If you need more luggage you have to go back to the previous point and add it.
11. Select the payment method that suits you, either credit or debit card or cash payment with our allies.
12. After entering the payment method, click "Buy Now" button and you are ready to go
13. When you finish your purchase process, you will receive an email with the confirmation code and the code of your booking.

You have different options to pay your tickets. Choose the one that works for you:
- Credit card: using any of the following franchises (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Dinners) you will be able to make the payment of your tickets, changes or additional services through the website, call center or airports.
- Debit card: Through our website you will be able to make the payment with your debit card. Remember that you must have an account to make purchases over the internet.
- Payment in cash: if you prefer to pay in cash, you have the following options to pay your ticket:
- Exito, Carulla, Surtimax, Super Giros, Copidrogas and Colsubsidio
- Baloto
- Efecty
- Movil Red
The payment in cash is also available to pay for additional services purchased after paying the booking.
Personal item free of charge
When traveling with Viva, you can carry a personal item that does not exceed 10 kg (26 lbs) and 40x35x25 cm free of charge. You must place it under the seat in front of you.
Keep in mind that we verify the carry-on size at the gate using a measuring device. If your carry-on item does not meet the size requirements, you must pay an additional fee for the luggage in the cabin in order to take it with you.

Additional items
In addition to the personal item, you can take with you, at no additional cost:
A small camera, binoculars, reading material (books), jacket, or a small duty-free bag.
If you have a round-trip reservation, changes can be made only before the start of the trip and by paying the designated penalty.
Please note:
- The option to make changes to your ticket is available up to two hours before the scheduled flight departure for domestic routes and three hours for international routes.
- Changes must be made before online check-in.
- In the event you do not make the change within the allotted time and don't board the flight as per the original terms, your ticket will become invalid and cannot be used later, and the money will not be refunded.
