Hey! Before traveling, take a look at these requirements for your domestic flights within Peru and international. Prepare your trip by reviewing the mandatory requirements according to the destination you are flying to.

Remember that regulations are imposed by governments and authorities and they change constantly. It is the responsibility of each passenger to review and keep up to date with these changes.

To enter United States

*Notes:
    • As of November 8, 2021, all tourists over 18 years of age must present their Covid vaccination certificate or card (complete scheme) to enter the United States. The only vaccinations allowed are:
    • Pfizer-BioNTech
    • Moderna
    • Janssen / J & J
    • AstraZeneca
    • Covishield
    • BIBP / Sinopharm
    • Sinovac
  • You must also present your PCR or antigen negative test, Issued one day before the flight.
  • All passengers must provide the telephone number where they can be contacted while in the United States.
  • If you have received a positive result in a Covid-19 test in the last 3 months, and you have completed the measures to end the isolation, you can travel with documentation of the positive results of your Covid test and a letter from your doctor or a public health official stating that you have been authorized to travel.
​Exceptions:
  • American citizens and residents can travel without a vaccination certificate, but they must present their negative result of the PCR or antigen test carried out one day before the take-off of their flight.
  • Minors between 2 and 18 years of age are exempt from presenting a vaccination certificate, they only need to present their negative Covid PCR test.
  • Children under 2 years of age are exempt from presenting a vaccination certificate and Covid test.

*Note:
  • If your nationality is Ecuadorian or Venezuelan and you travel to Mexico (Mexico City or Cancun), we inform you that you must have a valid visa to enter your destination.
  • As of April 1, 2022, all Colombian passengers traveling to Mexico must fill out the electronic pre-registration form before the trip. Enter the form by clicking here
  • Follow the instructions and upload the required documents on the form. Once completed, a QR code will be generated and you will receive your Multiple Migration Form (MMF) by email. Print these two documents and take them with you to present them to the migration agents upon arrival in Mexico.
*Passengers who have:
  • Valid and current multiple-entry visa from Canada, the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, or any country that belongs to the Schengen area.
  • Permanent resident card in Canada, Chile, Colombia, the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, Peru, or any country that belongs to the Schengen area.
  • All Colombian passengers traveling to Mexico must fill out the electronic pre-registration form before the trip. Click here to fill out the form. Once completed, a QR code will be generated, and you will receive your Multiple Immigration Form (FMM). Print out these two documents and take them with you to show them to the agents at the airport of origin before boarding the flight and the immigration agents upon arrival in Mexico.

*Notes:
  • All travelers over 18 years of age traveling to Colombian territory have to present their Covid vaccination certificate or card (complete schedule), with a minimum of 14 days of having completed the schedule before the date and time of boarding.
  • All travelers (Colombians or foreigners) who do not have a vaccination card, who have an incomplete vaccination schedule or who do not complete the schedule 14 days before the date of travel, may travel by presenting a PCR test with negative result, issued no later than 72 hours before the scheduled time of shipment or an antigen test with a negative result, issued no later than 48 hours before the scheduled boarding time.
  • Remember to arrive at the airport with your Check - Mig filled out.
  • Passengers under 18 years of age are exempt to presenting a vaccination certificate and Covid test.
  • Remember that the use of mask is mandatory, from your arrival at the airport and in all stages of the flight. We recommend the use of surgical and N95-type mask for those over 60 years of age or with comorbidities
To enter Peru

*Notes:
  • If you want to enter Peruvian territory and you are a non-resident foreigner, you must present your Covid vaccination certificate or card with a complete schedule 14 days before the day of your flight.
  • If you are Peruvian or a resident foreigner, to enter Peru you must have a complete vaccination schedule and the third dose for those over 18 years of age who are authorized to receive it according to government protocol.
  • In case of not having the complete vaccination schedule, both Peruvians and foreigners may present their negative Molecular test (PCR) issued within 48 hours prior to the departure of the flight to Peru.
  • Children under 12 years of age (without reaching this age) are exempt from these requirements, they should only be asymptomatic at the time of boarding.
  • From now on, the use of a KN95 mask is mandatory, or failing that, the use of double mask to travel on domestic and international flights to and from Peru.
  • If you are a foreigner and want to enter Peruvian territory with a foreigner's card, you must submit your query online or printed, where you validate the expiration of your residence through the Peru Migration page clicking here.
  • Peruvians and resident foreigners who enter Peru from the Republic of South Africa or Botswana, or who have made stops in these places, must present a vaccination scheme and PCR test no more than 48 hours prior to the departure of the flight to Peru .

  • In case of not having the complete vaccination schedule, both Peruvians and foreigners may present their negative Molecular test (PCR) issued within 48 hours prior to flight departure. The antigen test is invalid.
  • From now on, the use of a KN95 mask is mandatory, or failing that, the use of double mask to travel on domestic and international flights to and from Peru.
