Changes to your reservation can only be made if you have not yet done your web check-in and you have time:
How do booking changes work?
You can change your reservation through our website, call center or at the airport counter before the scheduled time of your national or international flight.
Changes to your reservation apply exclusively to:
- Passenger name changes
- Flight changes
What you must keep in mind in order to make changes to your reservation
- Changes cannot be made if you are already at the boarding gate
- If you do not make the change and do not travel, your ticket loses its validity and you cannot use it in the future, nor can you receive a refund for the money you paid for your ticket.
- If you bought your flight with the Medium fare or full fare, you only have to pay the fare difference.
- In Colombia, payments must be made in COP and the representative market exchange rate (TRM) of the day is applied.
- OW: One way - One way only.
- RT: Round trip - Round trip flights.

How to change your reservation
Go to our website and click the change my reservation button.
Time or date change
You can do this type of change regardless of whether or not you have traveled on the first leg of your reservation, with the exception of connecting flights, where splitting of the routes is not allowed.
In this case, the change must be made before starting the flight.
Name change on reservation
If your reservation is for a round trip, you must change the name of the ticket holder before starting the first flight of the journey.
Change applicable to group reservations
If you make a change to a reservation, it applies to all passengers included on it.
If you want to make the change for one or any of the passengers in the reservation, you must request an exception through our contactl center.
