• Puntos Colombia redemption applies only when Colombia's currency (COP) is selected.
• Applies for redemption only of national and international air tickets operated by Fast Colombia S.A.S. Does not apply interlines. Applies for round-trip or one-way tickets.
• It does not apply to additional services or those services not identified in these terms and conditions.
• This service can be purchased on the www.vivaair.com page as follows:

• To combine Puntos Colombia + Money, the minimum value with Puntos Colombia must be 10% and maximum 50%.
• It is not possible to buy the ticket to fly on the same day of redemption.
• The reservation and purchase must be made immediately to guarantee the rate purchased.
• Check the refund conditions before finalizing the purchase.
• Promotional rates are non-refundable.
